Here are some pictures of the secondment of CNR researchers Raffaele Perego and Chiara Renso to our partner Big Data Institute at Dalhousie University in Canada. Prof. Karine Zeitouni is visiting PUC in Rio de Janeiro for her secondment hosted by Prof. Casanova. Objective of the joint research is to discuss the transportation case study and exchange respective solutions for public transportation in the context of holistic trajectories. Four MASTER researchers are now seconded to Dalhousie University in Halifax. Two ERs are from HUA, one ER and one ESR are from UNIVE.They are working with Prof. Stan Matwin and his research group to outline the sea monitoring application requirements. 

Andrea Marin from UNIVE just concluded his secondment to Thira. He discussed with the Municipality the many facets of managing tourism in Santorini: the need of collecting fresh and up to date data from many sources, the multiple aspect analysis that  can benefit the Municipality tourism management and the construction of the Tourism Observatory.Here in the pictures we see Andrea Marin with Christallia at work!
