Emanuele Carlini, Hanna Kavalionak, Chiara Renso and Raffaele Perego from CNR are having their secondment to Dalhousie University in the period July and August 2023. Their objective is to discuss with the Prof. Matwin's group some ideas about the AIS data analysis
Secondments of HUA to DAL
Theodoropoulos Theodoros, Ioannis Korontanis and Ioannis Kontopoulos from HUA concluded their secondments to Dalhousie University in Canada. They investigated novel unsupervised techniques for trajectory clustering based on Reinforcement Learning that was tested to verify whether such an approach is appropriate for the clustering of holistic trajectories. Furthermore they discussed novel adaptive partitioning techniques for trajectories to improve the response time of NoSQL databases based on Graph Neural Networks (GNNs)
Secondment of UNIVE to PUC started
