Prof. Vania Bogorny and Prof. Luis Otavio Alvares from Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil) are visiting our partner Prof. Stan Matwin at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS, Canada.

Luiz Santana, a post-doc from UFSC is visiting CNR today in his way back to Brazil. CNR researchers Vincius Monteiro de Lira, Chiara Renso, Raffaele Perego  held a meeting with him discussing  a middleware for the management of large RDF graph stored into NoSQL databases.

Fragkiskos Gryllakis from UPRC visited CNR as a networking activity to discuss on the Santorini application scenario. On April 11, 2019 we held the Mid Term meeting of the project at CNR in Pisa. The Mid Term meeting is the invaluable opportunity for the whole Consortium to meet and discuss the project progress and issues with the Project Officer, our "coach" Simona Losmanova from REA. A total of 29 staff members from 8 partners participated in the meeting. We especially thank our Brazilian and Canadian partners who travelled from very far away to Pisa for our meeting.
